Active Looking Lab is run by Jim Gilmore. By using the apps or buying a player, a book or the membership, you agree to these terms.

• A player (one-time purchase): you can use that player for as long as it's offered.
• A book (one-time purchase): a LOOK Book, Spark book or Glow Story, with anything that comes with it (a Story Mode, Spark Worlds), for as long as it's offered.
• The membership (yearly): you can use every Wonder Button player and every book while your membership is active.
• Use it with all the learners you work with, at home, at school or in therapy, on all your own devices.
• Your account is for you. Please don't share your sign-in with other adults; each adult needs their own.

• You choose the links. Songs and videos play through YouTube's own player, from their creators' channels. We don't host, own or sell them.
• Please follow YouTube's rules and choose videos that are right for your learner.
• Preview before you play. Some videos have flashing lights or fast patterns. Always watch a video yourself first, especially for a learner with seizures or light sensitivity.

These are tools to make looking, choosing and playing easier. They aren't medical, therapy or assessment tools, and they don't replace the judgment of the people who know your learner.

• The apps run in your web browser. I work hard to keep them working, but they're provided as they are, and something may occasionally break or change.
• Features may be improved or changed over time. If I ever stop offering a paid player or book, I'll let you know ahead of time.
• To the extent the law allows, my responsibility for any problem is limited to what you paid.

If these terms change in an important way, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
