Privacy

• Your account: your email (and name, if you give one) when you buy or join, so you can sign in.
• Your purchases: what you bought and when. Card details go straight to Stripe; I never see your card number.
• Your saved setup (members and buyers): the links, titles, playlists and settings in your player are saved to your account so they appear on every device you sign in on.

• Nothing about learners. Learners don't have accounts, and the apps don't ask for their names, ages or needs.
• Photos and voice recordings you add in an app stay on that device. They aren't uploaded to me.
• Please don't type a learner's full name or private details into a playlist or video title, since titles are saved to your account.

The free apps don't need an account. Anything you set up in them is saved only in your web browser on that device.

Some apps also save their own files on your device so they can work without internet. That's just the app itself, not information about you.

• Memberstack for accounts and sign-in.
• Stripe for payments.
• Lovable to host the website and apps.
• YouTube plays the songs and videos. When a video plays, YouTube (Google) may collect information under its own privacy policy.

Each one only gets what it needs to do its job, and only so it can provide that service to you: Memberstack keeps your email, sign-in and purchases; Stripe handles your payment; Lovable stores the site, the apps and your saved setup. Information passes to them over encrypted connections. I don't share it with anyone else, unless the law requires it.

• The website and every app use encrypted connections (https), so what you send can't be read along the way.
• Payments are handled entirely by Stripe, which is certified to the payment industry's highest security standard (PCI DSS Level 1). Your card number never reaches me or my website.
• Passwords and sign-in are handled by Memberstack. I can't see your password.
• Only I can get into the accounts that hold your information, and I keep the information to a minimum to begin with.
• I keep your account information while you have an account, and delete it when you ask me to.

• Sell or rent your information.
• Show ads or share your information for advertising.

The site and apps save small pieces of data in your browser to keep you signed in and remember your settings. YouTube's player may set its own cookies when a video plays.

The apps are made to be used with children, but accounts are for adults. I don't knowingly collect personal information from children. If you think a child has given me information, email me and I'll delete it.
