Help with an app
Tell me which app, what device and browser you're using (for example, iPad with Safari), and what happened. A screenshot helps a lot.
Purchases, refunds and your account
Use the email address you bought with. Refunds are explained on the Refunds page. To see, change or delete your account, just ask.
Buying for a school or district?
If you need to pay by purchase order or invoice, or need a W-9 or a quote, email me and we'll sort it out.
Ideas and feedback
Many of these apps started as a teacher or family saying "I wish there was a way to…". If you've got one, send it.
